Strawberry Matcha Overnight Weet-Bix 🍓🍵

BASE

2 weet-bix

1/3 cup milk

15g protein powder (optional)

STRAWBERRY LAYER

1/2 cup strawberries (mashed) (I used frozen)

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp maple syrup

YOGHURT LAYER

160g yoghurt of choice (I love to use the high protein versions)

1 tsp Claire + Charles Matcha

Mix each layer ingredients & place on top of each other. Sprinkle with matcha powder.

Refrigerate for 30mins-1hr or overnight (if you’re impatient 15 mins still works like a charm)
