Pink Cloud Matcha

How to make

Sift matcha if desired into a bowl and add little hot water

Whisk until a lump free liquid forms (add more water if needed)

Fill glass with ice 

Add plant milk of your choice (I used Vanilla Soy Milk)

Add thickened plant cream & a drop of pink

Whisk until a fluffly cloud forms

Pour on top of matcha and sift matcha over the top if desired
